Our group is part of a team led by Prof. Fisher Yu at the U. of Arkansas, which has won a prestigious EFRC award titled “Manipulation of Atomic Ordering for Manufacturing Semiconductors (μ-ATOMS)” with funding of over $10M from the DOE BES office. This year the DOE awarded $400 million to establish and continue 43 EFRCs. We are excited to work with outstanding researchers at George Washington University, Stanford, University of California Berkeley, Sandia National Labs, Dartmouth College, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, University of Arkansas Pine Bluff, and the University of Delaware.
