Dr. Yong-Hang Zhang, Tyler McCarthy, and Dr. Stephen Schaefer attended the International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (ICMBE 2022). This international conference provides a prominent international forum for reporting new developments in the areas of fundamental and applied molecular beam epitaxy research. Covering various topics from advances in the technique, synthesis of new materials, discovery of new physical properties, formation of novel heterostructures, and the development of innovative devices. Our group had the privilege of sharing our recent work through a talk presented by Tyler McCarthy on “α-Sn and Sn1-xGex Thin Films Grown on CdTe/InSb(100) Substrate”, as well as a talk presented by Dr. Stephen Schafer on “MBE growth of CdSe thin films on (100) and (111) oriented InAs substrates”
