Dr. Yong-Hang Zhang, Zheng Ju, Tyler McCarthy, and Allison McMinn attend the 36th North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (NAMBE 2022). This international conference showcases recent scientific and technological developments in Molecular Beam Epitaxy research. Covering various topics from fundamental materials and device research, through technological applications, and into high-volume and low-cost production. Our group had the privilege of sharing our recent work through a talk presented by Zheng Ju on ” Structural and Optical Properties of CdSe Grown on InAs”, as well as a poster presented by Tyler on ” Molecular Beam Epitaxy Grown Group-IV Alloys: Ideal Candidate for Momentum(k)-Space Carrier Separation Photodetectors”
