Dr. Yong-Hang Zhang and Zheng Ju attended the SPIE Photonics West (PW 2023) in San Francisco, CA. This international conference and exhibition is the world’s largest photonics technologies event which focuses on lasers, biomedical optics and biophotonics technologies, quantum and optoelectronics. Innovation, research and insights about emerging technology were in the spotlight, presented by world-class researchers and industry experts. Our group had the privilege of sharing our recent work through a talk presented by Zheng Ju on “Enhanced second-order nonlinear susceptibility in asymmetric type-II quantum wells”.
